The Greening of Tradition
Since the late 1990’s, Kent, and its sister company Gamebore, have introduced many environmentally friendly products to the ammunition market beginning with our incredibly effective Tungsten Matrix and steel shot loads. Photodegradable plastic shot cups are also available in certain models. More recently, a Bio-Wad was developed for a Tungsten Matrix load and now the Bio-Wad is being loaded in the new Silver Steel products as well in certain models of our Velocity Steel Target ammunition. The Bio-Wad is completely biodegradable and highly desired by property owners who have concerns of the nuisance plastic cluttering the ground. As more and more areas become concerned with the environment, Kent products are the logical choice.
